Collecting Feedback

We use multiple channels: in-app feedback, support tickets, user interviews, and social media mentions.

Prioritizing

Not all feedback is equal. We look for patterns, consider impact, and weigh effort required.

Closing the Loop

When we ship something based on feedback, we let those customers know. It builds trust and encourages more feedback.
